March Exchange Seminar of the Starlets Working Part-Time at Fu Hui’s office
On April 9, 2022, under the guidance of the Fu Hui Education Foundation Project Team, Starlets working part-time at the Fu Hui office attended an online meeting to provide updates and share their working experience.
Information gathered in this meeting reflects their progress, achievements, expectations and new goals.
Progress and Achievements
Participants shared their work experience which includes data verification, operating the WeChat public account, the production of a commemorative book and various charity event planning.
They have developed skills in the usage of office software, organizational planning and leadership development etc. They have bettered their skills in communication and team work.
Everyone is working hard to move forward to meet a better self.

Expectations and New Goals
Wang Yue, the Head of Fu Hui Project Team from Liangshan Education Foundation affirmed the work done by the Starlets. Improvement measures and suggestions were also provided.
She reminded the Starlets the purpose of the part-time job is for their personal development and dedication to charity work. They should always reflect on whether they have been actively learning and reaching goals.
As a future goal, they should try to connect more Fu Hui Students to get involved; continue and pass on the Fu Hui spirit, love and warmth. Carry out more meaningful work to help more people in need.
The Pace Does Not Stop
Starlets have similar experiences and common dreams. They met and worked together under the guidance of the Fu Hui Project Team of the Liangshan Education Foundation; they learn from each other and progress together.
After each review meeting, they prepare for the next journey and the pace does not stop.
